Rotation: 6 Weeks On / 6 Weeks Off

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Security Manager – Static Security to support ongoing operations in Ukraine.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, understands operational discipline, and can manage both people and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site-based static guarding operations
• Enforce security policies and operational procedures
• Oversee Electronic Security Systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.)
• Manage Site Security Officers, including shift and leave rotations
• Maintain the security, integrity, and professionalism of a secure compound
• Ensure consistent standards across all guarding operations
• Act as the main operational point of contact on site

Essential Experience

• Proven background in static guarding operations
• Strong understanding of security policy enforcement
• Proficiency in managing Electronic Security Systems
• Experience leading site security teams and managing rotations
• Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
• Ability to operate in challenging environments while maintaining high standards

Desirable

• Previous experience in austere or high-risk locations
• Strong leadership presence with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
