Position Summary
As the primary point of contact for both our clients and internal teams, the AC bridges the gap between customer needs and operational excellence. This role extends to the field, where you will assess sites, guaranteeing our equipment operates flawlessly, supporting the very backbone of our operations and monitoring centers. The AC will partner with our Account Executives, aiding in pivotal tasks, communicating our wins, and crafting positive narratives that not only delight our clients but also cement our reputation as champions of unparalleled customer service.

 

Duties & Responsibilities :


Customer Related Activities:

  • Manage the office email inbox to ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients to identify future needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in our system, ensuring all client information is current and readily accessible.
  • Facilitate client onboarding by ensuring access to live camera feeds postinstallation, providing software training, and setting clear expectations for a
    successful long-term partnership.
  • Clearly communicate with the client regarding any requirements from their end, such as addressing a loss of power to our equipment or removing obstructions
    that impair camera functionality.

Site Related Activities :

  • Conduct physical and digital audits of projects to confirm all equipment is operational, correctly positioned, and aimed according to design specifications.
  • Guarantee the precision of site maps for our monitoring center, enhancing their ability to effectively oversee the site.
  • Perform site visits as needed to ensure readiness for our operations team, aiming to reduce the likelihood of any delays or wasted resources.

Internal Team Activities :

  • Work closely with the video review analysts to collect client information necessary for conducting thorough investigations.
  • Liaise with clients regarding the removal or relocation of equipment, ensuring our operations team is well-informed and prepared for any changes.
  • Act as a key partner to the Account Executive, striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction and swift resolution of pressing issues.
  • Notify the team of potential opportunities for new business, fostering an environment of growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with our internal IT department, assisting in the resolution of issues as they arise to maintain seamless operational efficiency.


Qualifications :

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Client facing account management, customer service, or direct sales experience in an entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.
  • Speaking French / English preferred
