What does a Account Supervisor in Toronto do?

• Collaborate with the Embedded Account Manager to complete administrative tasks and responsibilities

• Client Radio Tracking

• Maintain comprehensive inventory records of Gardaworld devices deployed throughout Canada

• Receive, assess, and grant or deny approval of Gardaworld invoices prior to their receipt by the client

• Regular collaboration with GardaWorld regional stakeholders (A/M, Operations, P&B, etc.)

• Primary point of escalation (Google Security Staff)

• KPI tracking and reporting

• Scheduling verification and oversight

Qualifications to become a Account Supervisor in Toronto

• Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 

• Valid Ontario security guard license

• WSIB approved first aid card 

• Available to work flexible hours  

• Have a clean criminal record  

• Be eligible to work in Canada
