Sales Enablement Specialist
Reports to::Manager Sales Enablement
Supports:Sales Directors (ECAM, Guarding, Systems) and Business Development Representatives (BDR)
Purpose To increase seller productivity by embedding directly within sales teams and taking full ownership of the back-end sales process — ensuring the Lead-to-Order (LTO) journey is seamless, efficient, and consistent across the organization.
Salary 65k-75k
This role is theengine behind sales execution : enabling reps to focus on selling by managing the tools, workflows, and administrative steps that support the sale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution Support
• Act as the operational partner to Sales Directors in weekly cadences
• Join sales team meetings to:
o Flag Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or quoting issues
o Track pipeline movement and deal hygiene
o Share relevant tools, templates, or sales resources
• Provide deal support by preparing quote packages, formatting proposals, and tailoring materials to client context
• Coach representatives on process compliance, quote steps, CRM updates, and what’s needed to move deals forward
• Coordinate quote and contract support
2. Lead-to-Order (LTO) Process Owner
• Ensure every stage of the LTO process is followed and functioning:
o Lead creation
o Opportunity tracking
o Quote generation
o Approval workflows
o Contract handoff
• Identify and resolve workflow gaps, escalate blockers, and improve execution speed
3. CRM Excellence (Salesforce / NetSuite)
• Drive CRM data hygiene by monitoring key fields (amount, close date, contract start,
probability)
• Train representatives on proper CRM usage and support onboarding of new tools
• Pre-audit data weekly to ensure accuracy for leadership reporting
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team
4. Lead Management & Admin Support
• Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to ensure inbound and outbound leads are
tracked and followed up
• Manage Pardot quote workflows and document flows for timely and accurate customer
documentation
• Execute the onboarding journey for new reps with 30-60-90 ramp-up support, tool
access, and process training
• Ensure reps are fully equipped to be productive quickly and follow LTO processes
correctly
The Sales Enablement Specialist is embedded in the sales team’s operating rhythm.They don't add meetings — they amplify execution within existing touchpoints by ensuring the Lead-to-Order engine runs smoothly. Where the Sales Enablement Specialist will be a part of:
