Position Summary
Performs various administrative tasks and supports the HR Department’s daily activities.


Duties & Responsibilities :

 Responsible for working with new hires in the pre-boarding and onboarding
process to make sure all information is accurate, data entry into HRIS and
Payroll systems, conducting new hire orientation, etc.
 Initiate changes to the HRIS and Payroll Systems associated with various
personnel events such as job or organization changes and salary actions.
 Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs,
diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development plans.
 Assisting the Human Resources department with HR related inquiries and
company policies.
 Support all internal and external HR and Payroll related inquiries or requests.
 Ensuring the employee Handbook and Health & Safety Manual are kept up to
date by making revisions as new policies and procedures come into effect.
 Responsible for end-to-end payroll support on bi-weekly frequency including
calculation of vacations, commissions, terminations, and other ad-hoc payments
as required for both hourly and salary employees.
 Coordinate offboarding processes for departing employees, including exit
interviews, final pay processing, and retrieving company property.
 Participate in safety committee meetings, providing updates and
recommendations on health and safety initiatives.
 Taking care of other administrative duties (i.e. photocopying, faxing, scanning,
etc.)
 Support Human Resources Department on other duties assigned.


Qualifications :
 1-2 years of HR knowledge/experience
 Experience with an HRIS
 Experience with MS office & Excel
 Organizational skills
 Project Management
