HR Coordination - 45k-50k - Hybrid in Mississauga or Stoney Creek
1 year contract with possibility of permanence
training provided, need to be good with Excel,
Have Payroll experience
Tasks :
- Support the HR Generalist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, including employee records and compliance files.
- Assist in managing CNESST documents, monitoring compliance, and issuing necessary follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee leave requests (absences, sick leave, vacation, etc.) and track attendance.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is collected and organized.
- Support employee relations processes, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Assist in the work permit renewal process and provide HR reports as needed.
