We are currently hiring a Shift administrator for our cash room in Mississauga, Ontario.

As a shift administrator, you will be providing operational support to ensure that deadlines are met and that our customers receive the best possible service.  We are looking for a problem solver with outstanding organisational skills.

You will be responsible of:

  • Recommending processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency and productivity
  • Troubleshooting and resolving processing problems
  • Maintaining inventory control of all production supplies/equipment used in cash processing
  • Monitoring product quality and following established procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the standard operating procedures
  • Making daily reports to customers
  • Coordinating the cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and supporting the cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation
  • Other connected task

 

Your profile:

  • Available for day, evening or overnight shifts
  • Strong critical thinking and active listening
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
  • Facility to organize and prioritize work activities
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the cash services industry
