As a Uniform Advisor, you’ll greet employees with appointments, assist walk-ins, manage uniform exchanges and fittings, and ensure all items meet GardaWorld standards and regulations. You’ll also handle uniform returns, process transactions, conduct inventory audits, and manage dry-cleaning pickups and deliveries—all while maintaining a clean and organized department.

What does a Uniform Advisor in Mississauga do?
- Welcome employees with uniform appointments.
- Meet with visitors or employees without an appointment as directed by the Brand Ambassador
- Ensure changing room area always remains clean and tidy.
- Directs all uniform requests and enquiries that require an appointment to the Toronto Tailoring email box for the Brand Ambassador to manage, respond and action.
- Conduct all uniform appointments (exchanges, refreshes and new guards)
- Measure and fit uniform items for employees\issue uniform items per GardaWorld standards, client contracts, and Ministry regulations
- Review all items with employees.
- Direct employees to meet with Brand Ambassador to sign required documentation and receive ID Badges Uniform Returns
- Manage uniform returns as needed
- POS usage as needed to process sales and returns.
- Electronic file storage as needed.
- Manage pick-up and delivery of dry-cleaning and laundry items
- Conduct inventory audits weekly
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Receive and put away stock all new and returned stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
Qualifications to become a Uniform Advisor

Have a minimum of 1-year experience in retail/or security

Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs

Available to work flexible hours

Have a clear criminal background

Be eligible to work in Canada
