This job requisition is for the upcoming GardaWorld Aviation Hiring Event for the Pre-Board Screening Officer position at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
This is an invitation-only, in-person interview process held at the GardaWorld office. Candidates must allocate a minimum of three (3) hours to complete the full selection process. During your selected session, candidates will first complete a French language evaluation, followed by mandatory in-person testing. Candidates must successfully pass all required assessments to qualify for an interview, which will take place immediately following the testing phase.

Qualifications Required for an Airport Security Screening Officer
- Be legally eligible to obtain required aviation security clearance (RAIC), which requires Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of background checks with a clean criminal record
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Ability to work on-site at the Mississauga airport location
