As a Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of guards, ensuring that airport security operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with personnel across all shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
- Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of security guards across all shifts.
- Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedules.
- Ensure all security guards follow established procedures and stay up to date on instructions.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to security personnel.
- Issue and manage access cards and related security credentials.
- Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and performance documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in incident management and investigations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in security, aviation, or a related field.
- Strong administrative skills, including reporting, documentation control, and compliance tracking.
- Working knowledge of airport or transportation security requirements and regulatory expectations (asset).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid Security License and Valid Driver’s License.
- Clean Criminal Record and Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport clearances (RAIC considered an asset).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
