Your mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager – Retail and Commercial to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our business relationship with a fast-food global leader over the next three years. In addition, the Account Manager – Retail and Commercial will play a crucial role in identifying and approaching other customers in the restaurant industry to enlarge Garda Cash’s footprint in that market.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our client to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Actively engage with the client to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth with the client.
- Conduct regular visits to the client’s locations to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the restaurant industry who are not currently partnered with Garda.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convince restaurant owners or managers to switch to Garda's services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–5-year corporate sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate competitive differentiation.
- Good sense of leadership and initiative.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
