Associate processor

We are currently hiring part-time on-call associate processors for our LaSalle (Montreal) branch. 

Your mission at GardaWorld :

What will you do : 

- Check, process and balance incoming work (packages) using various systems and machines;

- Forward processed items to appropriate areas for further processing;

- Maintain compliance with all risk and governance standards by fully completing all required documentation;

- Participates as an active team member in the department and assists with secretarial duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, ordering stationery and shipping supplies to ensure departmental efficiency;

- Meet or exceed established productivity standards

- (If assigned as an Associate, Learning) Provide training to new employees using the methodology and tools of the Associate, Learning Program;

Your profile : 

- Experience in a banking center operations or item processing environment;

- Ability to operate general office equipment (e.g. adding machine, fax machine, copy machine, scanner, printer);

- High school diploma or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education

- Available to work on call

- Understand French instructions

- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly

- Good team player, good concentration and logical thinking

- Methodical person with good organizational skills
