Your responsibilities:
- Establish priorities and investigation plans for analysts, cash management.
- Obtain complete and accurate information on customer problems, provide detailed explanations of recommendations to correct imbalances
- Present the results of investigations and the resolution of imbalances to clients.
- Review and analyze data from cash management systems to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Support the cash management team in risk analysis and make the necessary corrections to deficient processes.
- Assist the finance team in any request related to the financial and budgetary impacts of claims.
Your profile:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree technical experience: 6 to 8 years, including at least 4 years in a cash management department
- Field: Administration, Mathematics, Logistics
- Management experience: 1 to 2 years
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain information from various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risk is ways to mitigate or eliminate it Ability to delegate and deliver results within the team
- Excellent understanding of cash management processes
- Understanding of the basic concepts of banking management
