GardaWorld Cash services is currently looking for a Customer support specalist in the Cash Services Division to provide support and provide solutions for our customers.

Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, your duties will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries and inform them about the various products and services offered;
- Act as the client's privileged intermediary and be attentive to their needs and requirements;
- Processes and enters customer profile information into the database;
- Produce various reports and statistics required for optimal file management;
- Maintain daily communication and collaboration with the operations team at the national level;
- Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and their partners;
- Support the sales team by supporting the representatives according to different requests;
- Performs all other related duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Bilingual (spoken/written) English and French ;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good sense of organization and good management of priorities;
- Outstanding communication and problem solving;
- Strong teamwork and partnership orientation.
