GardaWorld Cash services is currently looking for a Customer support specalist in the Cash Services Division to provide support and provide solutions for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, your duties will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and inform them about the various products and services offered;
  • Act as the client's privileged intermediary and be attentive to their needs and requirements;
  • Processes and enters customer profile information into the database;
  • Produce various reports and statistics required for optimal file management;
  • Maintain daily communication and collaboration with the operations team at the national level;
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and their partners;
  • Support the sales team by supporting the representatives according to different requests;
  • Performs all other related duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) English and French ;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good sense of organization and good management of priorities;
  • Outstanding communication and problem solving;
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation.
