Employee Relation Coordinator - YUL

The General Coordinator of Employee Relations works in collaboration with the YUL Human Resources and Operations team, ensuring effective communication with unionized employees and managing several administrative processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage various administrative processes related to human resources, including terminations, new hires, transfers between airports, and HR data.
  • Assist employees with their various requests and support other coordinators in their respective mandates, for example, in managing occasional absences.
  • Develop and implement a customer service structure for unionized employees.

 

 

Education, Experience and aptitude

 

  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Work experience in a generalist position in a federal, unionized environment.
  • Post-secondary education in human resources or labor relations, or equivalent work experience.
