Process Optimization and Quality Advisor
GardaWorld Cash Services is hiring an Advisor, Process Optimization and Quality to provide support and customized solutions to prestigious clients. Selected individuals will liaise with operations teams across the country.
What you will do:
- Operationalize our initiatives and our new customers. Handle change management with the resources involved. Manage capacity and prioritize.
- Build a book of procedures, map the processes, optimize and automate them and make sure to keep them up to date.
- Manage quality in counting rooms as well as in call centers.
- Monitor errors, structure spot checks and quality measurements.
- Analyze operational tasks in real time so that we know how much our operations cost.
- Understand procedures and processes to identify weaknesses and provide quality reports to managers so they can improve performance.
- Identify key tasks and those impacting the bottom line.
- Implement operational controls.
- Create performance KPIs. Implement dashboards to track employee performance.
Your profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge or experience in the transport of values (secure transport and cash management) is a definite asset;
- Bilingualism (spoken / written) English and French;
- Experience in banking is an asset
- Ability to Analyze and solve problems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good sense of work organization
- Ability to work in a team
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to determine priorities and objectives
