Project and Production Coordinator - Marketing and Communications

GardaWorld is currently seeking a Project and Production Coordinator to join the Marketing and Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy and Content, the Project and Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing various production projects, mainly of a digital nature. Between the planning and the realization of projects, the Project and Production Coordinator will work with the content managers and the production team to ensure the smooth running of the various stages of a project, as well as the ongoing improvement of our processes. They drive creative initiatives from both an operational and a human perspective.   • Coordinate the production of various content, tools and communication materials, as well as ensure effective communication and follow-ups between internal production and freelance teams, suppliers and employees
  • Develop briefs for agencies and collaborations, as well as ensure coordination from inception to project delivery
  • Create project timelines and oversee follow-ups with teams
  • Ensure the updating, production and archive management of marketing and sales tools and templates (print and digital)
  • Support the content development team in the research, writing, planning and development of marketing materials
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of marketing programs, and to guarantee competitiveness
  • Have an esthetic eye and oversee all material posted on our various social platforms to ensure brand consistency
  • Other related and miscellaneous tasks pertaining to the position





  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, communications, or other relevant disciplines or experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in an agile setting
  • ​​Excellent knowledge of work tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite platforms (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) an asset
  • Perfectly bilingual, English and French, both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage several projects at once
  • Works independently, and is conscientious and professional
  • Manages stress well and able to prioritize and take initiative
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Good communicator and able to work with geographically dispersed teams
