The primary duties of the Recruitment Marketing Specialist
- Align recruitment strategies with hiring needs alongside Recruiters and Team Leads.
- Assist in sourcing and attracting niche talent pools as required.
- Onboard new team members on recruitment marketing standards and relevant technology.
- Conduct monthly audits and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media campaigns to attract top talent.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events.
- Track and manage campaign budgets with the Regional TA Manager.
- Provide technical support for tools like Indeed, ATS, LinkedIn, texting platforms, and automation.
Qualifications required to be a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at GardaWorld
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, or a combination of relevant studies and experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing or related fields. Recruitment professionals looking to transition into a marketing career are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with marketing channels, social media platforms, and job boards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual proficiency (French & English)
