Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for frontline, operational, and administrative positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while maintaining accurate records and talent pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors).

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple positions.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure role fit.

  • Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate evaluation.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data in SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment initiatives.

  • Monitor recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Measure and improve candidate experience through feedback and surveys.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Experience working in a compliance-driven or regulated environment is an asset.

 

 

Working Conditions

 

  • Hybrid environment with virtual and in-person meetings.

  • Up to 5% travel within Canada.

  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.

  • Ability to facilitate presentations, training sessions, and recruitment events.

  • Occasional overtime based on business needs.
