Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Resource Coordinator 

• Optimize resource allocation and scheduling. 

• Align operational objectives with planning requirements. 

• Identify potential problems and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations. 

• Manage shifts, vacations, overtime, shift exchanges and vacations. 

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate resource information. 

• Coordinate planning and participation in national training and certifications. 

• Analyze resource effectiveness and continuously improve processes.  

Qualifications of the Resources Coordinator 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field desirable.  

• 2-3 years experience in a resource planning or similar role. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identification Card) and Transport Canada authorization.
