The Senior Director – Growth Marketing is the orchestrator of our performance-driven digital marketing efforts and will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of GardaWorld and its divisions on a global scale. We are looking for a leader who can structure, inspire, and evolve a team of experts while navigating seamlessly through a complex and ever-evolving matrix environment.

This strategic and operational leader, at the helm of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 people, must possess a sharp analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to execute with rigor in fast-paced business-driven contexts. They must have a deep understanding of digital acquisition and full-funnel marketing mechanisms, the ability to connect global strategies to local execution, and the capacity to demonstrate tangible marketing impact on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Team Management

 

 

  • Lead a team of managers, specialists, and leads across multiple functions (email, paid media, website, content, SEO/SEM, analytics, social media, conversion optimization).
  • Structure processes, clarify roles, and ensure operational excellence within a complex matrix structure.
  • Support talent development and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountability-driven culture.

 

Growth Strategy & Performance

 

 

  • Define the global growth marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and the specific needs of each business unit (BU).
  • Work closely with the BU-assigned marketing leads within the team to translate strategic priorities into executable campaigns.
  • Orchestrate digital acquisition, nurturing, and conversion initiatives across all relevant channels.

 

Channels and Campaigns

 

 

  • Oversee full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, integrating paid, organic, social, email, ABM, and automated channels.
  • Lead and evolve GardaWorld’s web strategy (corporate and divisional) with an expanded vision of the website's role—not only as a lead generation tool, but as a useful, engaging, and high-performing experience platform.
  • Ensure each website—whether global or BU-specific—meets functional user needs, whether it’s used by a salesperson as a demo tool, a prospect exploring our offerings, or an existing client seeking additional services or information.
  • Ensure the user experience (UX) is designed to optimize both conversion and user value, including accessibility, intuitive navigation, clear content, contextual relevance, and personalization.
  • Drive CRO (conversion rate optimization), UX/UI improvements, landing page development, continuous improvement, and the integration of digital tools supporting both performance and experience.
  • Oversee web partners and agencies, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, BU priorities, and technology best practices.

 

Analytics, Measurement & ROI

 

 

  • Collaborate closely with analytics and data experts to build performance dashboards, track key KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture, including A/B testing, creative experimentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Deliver clear and impactful reporting to senior leadership and BU stakeholders.

 

Profile

 

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an international B2B context.
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels (SEM, programmatic, SEO, social, email, automation, web, CRO, analytics).
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization and work with diverse stakeholders (sales, product, brand, IT, agencies, different countries, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is required.
