GardaWorld is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join its team responsible for hiring security guards within its Protection Services division.
Your Mission:
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources for Eastern Canada, the Talent Acquisition Director will play a strategic role in management, analysis, planning, and implementing best recruitment practices aligned with national strategies. They will provide strong leadership to their team and operational teams to directly contribute to operational and organizational success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Optimize, lead, and maintain GardaWorld's talent acquisition strategies focused on workforce attraction and retention through positive, collaborative, and mobilizing leadership.
- Work closely with management to understand current and future workforce acquisition needs.
- Assess market conditions both internally and externally to ensure that our recruitment methods are aligned.
- Collect all relevant recruitment data and implement a continuous improvement plan to ensure the organization’s sustainability.
- Manage and optimize the organization's recruitment effectiveness through various online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Plan, manage, optimize, and implement tools and methods for strategic and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, and/or other related diplomas or certificates for the position;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving personnel management;
- Ability to influence and mobilize work teams;
- Ability to multitask and manage several mandates simultaneously;
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Strategic thinking skills, including the ability to understand the financial impact of proposed recommendations;
- Experience translating business requirements/needs into concrete actions;
- Experience planning and implementing mass recruitment processes;
- Experience using technological tools to optimize/analyze recruitment-related data;
- Availability to travel to different regions of Canada (approximately 20%);
- Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written).
