As part of a national Talent team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of initiatives spanning recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, technology, process improvement, automation, communications, and special projects. No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be launching a recruitment campaign, the next helping improve a recruiting process, supporting a system enhancement, analyzing data, or coordinating a national talent initiative.

What You'll Do

  • Support recruiting activities, sourcing efforts, and national hiring projects
  • Assist with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent technologies and systems
  • Identify smarter, faster ways of working through process improvement and automation
  • Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Coordinate projects, communications, training resources, and change initiatives
  • Contribute to employee engagement, talent programs, and other strategic HR initiatives
  • Help attract top talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with implementation of new initiatives and programs

Talent Operations Specialist Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
  • Exposure to talent acquisition practices
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
  • Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset
  • Fully bilingual in English and French to support our internal clients across Canada
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis
