Uniform and Consumables Coordinator (Temporary )

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Uniform and Consumables Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth distribution and management of uniforms and consumables for our screening officers. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in inventory management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uniform Management: Order, distribute, and track uniforms, conduct fittings, manage individual accounts, and collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Training teams. Handle uniform returns, exchanges, and inspections.
  • Inventory & Database Management: Maintain a database, manage bulk orders, monitor inventory, and order consumables.
  • Compliance & Audits: Assist with audits, ensure adherence to uniform policies, and issue disciplinary actions for violations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with team members, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ethical Judgment and Integrity: Ensure that all actions are conducted with a high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Ensure the protection of personal and sensitive data according to security standards.
  • Compliance with Processes and Risk Awareness: Follow established processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in uniform and consumables management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and database systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
  • Physical demands include standing, lifting, and bending.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule with potential overtime.
