CRM Data Stewardess

We are looking for a CRM Data Steward to join our IT team in Montréal.


Your Mission at GardaWorld:
Reporting to the VP IT Solutions, Corporate Systems, you will work with CRM end users to coordinate the quality, security, and maintenance of the firm’s CRM data. You will make well-thought-out recommendations on complex or ambiguous CRM data issues, detect and correct data integrity problems and make recommendations to CRM users on effective and quality data creation/maintenance. You will need to effectively communicates to individuals at various levels of the technical and business communities.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data quality and data accuracy across all groups CRM initiatives
  • Detect and correct data integrity problems
  • Perform data analysis, data profiling, data modelling, and data mapping
  • See to assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any data fix
  • Accountable for the delivery of any IT developed CRM reports
  • Understand end-to-end CRM data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management
  • Ensure development and maintenance of the enterprise CRM data dictionary that is aligned to data assets and the business glossary


Your Profile:

  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively
  • Results-oriented, diligent, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Assertive, responsible for his/her own work (self-directed), strong affinity for defining work in deliverables, and willing to commit to deadlines
  • Possesses knowledge and expertise in data modelling and management techniques and strategies
  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Influential, focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity and precision both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems in general, MS Dynamics CRM 365 and SalesForces are a +
  • Ability to query CRM Database
  • Office 365
  • Tree + years of experience in CRM data management
  • Bilingual French / English
