HR Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, the HR Marketing Manager is a key member of the team, and is responsible for planning seasonal and day-to-day talent attraction marketing strategies and activities, with a strong focus on supporting talent acquisition needs. This includes building and executing comprehensive campaign plans (mostly digital), aligning with company stakeholders on their respective needs and maintaining all job channels, including social media.

  • Develop, promote employer brand content and community engagement on our channels, external digital platforms (i.e., Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and other channels (i.e., recruitment campaigns, career fairs, training conferences, etc.);
  • Create and execute marketing ad campaigns that generate leads for priority openings and build talent pipelines and company employer brand awareness;
  • Develop toolkits, content frameworks and guidelines to improve SEO. Partner with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and share marketing best practices;
  • Work closely with the operational and go-to-market teams to improve toolkits and recommend creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges;
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities;
  • Help plan on site and off-site recruiting events and serve as a brand ambassador;
  • Write and maintain branded recruitment collateral;
  • Work with external marketing and digital agencies and vendors, as needed;
  • Generate monthly updates for the management team on hiring effectiveness and communicate regularly with them to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.





  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and French;
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (i.e. Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor) and SEO best practices;
  • Experience in managing the recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offer process) as well as data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting considered a strong asset;
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of experienced professionals at all levels;
  • Strong professional presence; proven ability to effectively deal with senior-level management;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams;
  • Must be assertive, take initiative, and be a proactive change agent;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects effectively and deliver them within tight deadlines;
  • Familiar with HR and fair employment practices;
  • Creative thinker with a preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, hands-on environment;
  • Strong comfort level using various Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR and recruitment systems.
