Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Security Guard to be assigned to a banking facility in North Bay. This role involves maintaining a strong security presence, monitoring activity within the facility, and conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and property.

The ideal candidate is alert, customer-service oriented, and capable of responding appropriately to security concerns while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities for Security Guard in North Bay

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the banking facility
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity
• Control access to restricted areas
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to site procedures
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately and on time
• Assist customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Liaise with site personnel and emergency services when required
• Follow all post orders, company policies, and banking security protocols

Qualifications for Security Guard in North Bay

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
