Tactical Scheduler - Central Control Operations, North York

Are you ready to suit up?

We are looking for Tactical Schedulers to work in our 24/7 control center located in North York. As a tactical scheduler, you will be responsible for multi-tasking, taking incoming calls, making out-bound calls, sending out emails, organizing day-to-day functions with their colleagues and Duty Manager. Ensuring Quality of Service is provided to customers and guards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Fills all open shifts with the proper classification of guard
  • Controlling OT and training costs
  • Sets up all new coverage orders in Winteam
  • Accept book offs and find replacement guards
  • Answer phones and emails within 30 Seconds
  • Action Post Watch/Unconfirmed list & Periodic Checks
  • Escalate issues to the Duty Manager & Control Centre Manager
  • Works together with Portfolio Scheduling to fill open shifts
  • Perform other duties as aissigned

What we’re looking for

  • Graduated from a Post-Secondary Institution (College or University)
  • Police Foundations or equivalent an asset
  • Fluent in English and/or French is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years work experience within the Security Industry
  • Call Centre or Dispatch experience an asset
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel an asset   
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work days, afternoons and overnights & weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Must be able to work in a Team oriented environment
  • Prior security and/or scheduling experience is an asset
  • Winteam knowledge and experience
