Responsibilities for a Security Dispatcher

• Oversee communications in the Ottawa and Kingston regions 

• Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity  

• Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities 

• Record and maintain data and dispatch information

• Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Be available to work a flexible schedule  
• Be eligible to work in Canada 
• Computer proficiency required / strong computer skills
• Customer service-oriented; customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Applicants must be able to work morning and overnight shifts in rotation
