Responsibilities for a Security Dispatcher

  • Oversee communications in selected geographic areas 

  • Respond to service requests and provide information 

  • Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities 

  • Record and maintain data and dispatch information 

  • Confirm guards for shifts/sites

  • Communicate with National Service Desk on coverage

  • Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher

 
  • Computer proficiency required / strong computer skills. 

  • Customer service-oriented; customer service experience is an asset. 

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Available 24/7 to adhere to rotational shifts 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
