Responsibilities for Security Guard Assistant Supervisor

• Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site 

• Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations 

• Regular interior, exterior patrols and checking all doors are secured

• Engagement with customers, employees and visitors on the property

• Surveillance of CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems

• Performing in high risk situations, with potentially high risk individuals

• Coaching and supervising team

Qualifications for Assistant Security Supervisor

• 3 to 5 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment 

• The location is in Red Deer. Must be able to commute.

• Legally entitled to work in Canada 

• Good time management and interpersonal skills

• Valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Available to work flexible hours  

• Have a clean criminal record
