As a Bilingual Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcome and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Perform computer tasks
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
Qualifications for Bilingual Security Guard
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can help you get this)
- Proven customer service experience, with the ability to welcome, assist, and guide visitors professionally
- Experience with access control and site security procedures
- Ability to conduct foot patrols and identify potential risks or safety concerns
- Comfortable using computers and security systems (reporting tools, access systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of incident response procedures, including First Aid and coordination with emergency services
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and respond to inquiries in person and over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
