We are seeking a driven, organized and dynamic person to fill an Operation Coordinator position for our Security Services Branch in Regina, Saskatchewan reporting to the Operations Manager. You are the ideal candidate if you see yourself thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working with minimal supervision and have the ability to make timely, business-minded decisions.



  • Perform workforce management and planning in terms of scheduling, managing hours, keeping overtime at a minimum
  • Maintain employee records such as: timesheets, attendance, productivity and performance tracking
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Support client operations portfolios
  • Plan and control costs related to mobile department
  • Participate in the recruitment of new employees using the applicant tracking system
  • General administration/ document management as it relates to client and employee service
  • Be a proud GardaWorld representative at all times, acting professionally and positive in all relationships
  • Perform client and employee visits, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Oversite of patrol verification and reporting software/hardware/programs
  • Actively participate in OHS committee while administering the corporate OHS program
  • Other duties as required to ensure the client and employees are supported


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract
  • Completed a 40 Hours Saskatchewan Security Guard Course
  • Very good command of the Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate the various sites, requiring some physical capability
  • People leadership experience
  • Demonstrate judgment and a good sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong time management skills
  • Customer and employee service experience
  • Able to manage priorities and work under pressure
