Responsibilities for Retail Security Guard

•  Enforce property rules, city bi-laws, and other applicable laws
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols assessing for hazards, security breaches & suspicious Behaviour
•  Deter and respond to incidents on the property
•  Complete reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
• Compile the necessary reports for court dates

Qualifications for Retail Security Guard

• A valid BC Security License

• A valid Occupational First Aid Level 2 (OFA2)

• Available to work Saturday-Sunday 10:30pm - 6:30am (overnight)

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada 

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in documentation entry - such as incident reports, activity logs
