As an Industrial  Security Guard, there is a high focus on desk duties, Scheduled Patrolling and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a High profile Industrial Environment.

Responsibilities for Industrial Security Guard

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of stairwells, hallways, and common areas to establish presence, identify risks, and maintain order.
• Monitor and document all security systems and CCTV for suspicious activity or operational issues, escalating concerns when needed.
• Conduct site access control from a main gate kiosk- taking information, accountable and responsible for the emergency contact emails for the road access protocols, immediate client reporting of issues or concerns (maintenance, security breach, wildlife, accidents and injuries, etc)
• Radio communications in plain language
• Write and respond to email and phone communications immediate nature.
• Monitor and respond to all radio traffic on Channel 3.
• Confirm all entries and departures to and from Rook I via Highway 955 and the Access Road.
• Immediately communicate hazards or unusual activity to the Site Coordinator.
• Conduct site access control from the main gate kiosk, including:
• Complete and submit daily access logs, reports, FLHA, toolbox talks, and incident reports.

Qualifications for Industrial Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Use computer, MS office products and email, and camera monitoring
• Be able to comply with all PPE and safety requirements at the worksite (driving, smoking, wildlife, camp etc)
• Full Saskatchewan Drving license with clear driving record
• Be able to complete and send daily access logs, reports, FLHA, toolbox, incident reports,
