We are currently hiring a Recruitment Specialist on a full time temporary ( 12 month) contract, to support a variety of recruitment activities for airports across the Prairies region. Focused on high volume full cycle recruitment, job fairs and onboarding.
The successful candidate will be primarily working from home but required to work out of our offices at Winnipeg OR Edmonton OR Saskatoon International Airport offices as needed.

Main Responsibilities
- Full cycle, high volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, onboarding and administration of the applicant tracking system
- Assisting with the facilitation of multi-level pre-employment testing and screen a high volume of candidates
- Working in collaboration with the recruitment team to monitor all recruiting activities and progress
- Managing and maintaining an accurate pipeline of candidates using an applicant tracking system, (SAP SuccessFactors), to support staffing requirements and ensure quality and compliance

Skills & Experience
Required
- Experience in a recruiter role, (ideally high-volume recruitment)
- Attention to detail combined with the creativity and adaptability to work in a heavily regulated industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be highly organized in a fast-paced environment working to deadlines
- Experience with an applicant tracking system(s)
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work primarily at home and from our offices as required. Availability to travel if required
Assets
- Experience with large scale recruiting / testing events
- Experience in Aviation, Resources or Security Operations
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- French Fluency
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to obtain Transport Security Clearance
- No previous criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
- 18 years or older
