As a Tactical Security Guard with experience in high-pressure environments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety, security, and operational efficiency for one of our largest clients. We are expanding our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and we have two positions available for individuals with tactical security experience who are eager to take on a professional challenge.

Positions Available:
(Must be able to work all part-time shifts)

Position 1 (Days)
• Sunday: 0800-2000
• Friday: 0800-2000
• Saturday: 0800-2000

Position 2 (Nights)
• Sunday: 2000-0800
• Friday: 2000-0800
• Saturday: 2000-0800

What Does a Tactical Security Guard Do?
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Perform regular patrols at the premises to maintain order and establish a visible presence
• Enforce property regulations and city by-laws on the client’s site
• Protect the client’s assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications to Become a Tactical Security Guard:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Security Guard License (we can help you get this)
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a positive and supportive environment for clients and colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Tactical experience in security is highly valued and essential for this role
• Clean criminal background check
• Saskatchewan Security Guard License  (we can assist in obtaining this)
• Standard First Aid Level ‘C’ certification is an asset
