As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling the whole environment at one of our biggest client's site.

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Protect the client's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard

• Experience in tactical communication and use of force or self-defense is considered an asset
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a positive customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Tactical experience is highly valued and essential for this role
• Clean criminal background check
• Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can assist in obtaining this)
• Standard First Aid Level ‘C’ certification is an asset
