Responsibilities for Security Dispatcher

•  Ability to answer phone calls and record information accurately and effectively

• Oversee telephone communication for locations throughout Canada.

• Work independently but as a part of a team to provide exceptional services to our client 

• Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities 

• Record and maintain data and dispatch information 

• Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for Security Dispatcher

• Be comfortable in working continental night shifts

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent 

• Have a good command of French and English (bilingualism) (Asset but not required)

• Be proficient in Computer skills

• Be eligible to work in Canada 

• Experience previously in a dispatch or communications setting is an asset
