What does a Security Guard in St Catherines do?

• Access control

• CCTV monitoring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• De-escalating situations- Identify potential conflicts early and take proactive measures to prevent escalation.

• High-level White Glove Customer service

• Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, including medical, fire, or security incidents.

• The ability to work in a stressful environment in the event of an incident

• Document all interactions and notable events

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in St Catherines

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada 

• One year of minimum security experience required

• Vulnerability police check is required
