As a Mobile Patrol, you will oversee patrol operations, support your team, and ensure safety across multiple sites such as construction locations, parking lots, commercial properties, and more.

Responsibilities for Mobile Patrol

• Supervise and support mobile patrol officers across assigned locations

• Conduct mobile patrols to ensure safety and security of multiple sites

• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies

• Review and approve incident reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate schedules and ensure proper shift coverage

• Train, mentor, and guide patrol officers

• Perform site inspections and identify potential risks or hazards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements

• Outdoor and Indoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications for Mobile Patrol

• Be authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Criminal Record Check 

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• First aid certification – {an asset / required}

• Previous supervisory or mobile patrol experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent report writing and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations

• Strong proficiency with technology

• Ability to stand, walk, and drive throughout shift
