Part-Time Retail Security Guard

We are looking for a Part Time, Retail Security Guard in Sudbury!

This position does not have overnights and varies week to week based on needs. Successful applicants will be available between 0900-2100 Monday to Friday and be available to work 2-3 shifts per week as assigned. 

Pay Rate: $23.11/Hour

Responsibilities for a Retail Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Act as a visual deterrant for those looking to shoplift
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Intercept shoplifters and potential shoplifters to deter them from continuing their actions
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for staff and patrons

Qualifications for {Skill} Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - Standard First Aid - B from a WSIB approved provider
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
