Ready to suit up as an Airport Terminal Security Guard

As an Airport Terminal Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift.

    • P1: Friday 0700-1700, Saturday/Sunday 0830-1530

Responsibilities for Airport Security Supervisor

  • Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Checking Bags of the Passengers before departure
  • Making the Passengers aware about the protocols at the premises 
  • Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual  deterrent, and report writing/note taking.
  • Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis

Qualifications for Airport Security Supervisor

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid Manitoba security license
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
  • RAIC would be an Asset but not Mandatory, individuals to qualify for obtaining their RAIC through Transport Canada Clearance
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful  and fast -paced environment
  • Flexible to extend shifts hours when required or delay flights
