What does a Security Supervisor do at Thompson ?

• Ensuring safe and secure environment
• Ensuring a very high level of Security services 
• Responsible for scheduling of the security guards 
• Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same
• Lead a team of Security Officers
• Train  Security officers 
• Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it 
• Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team's  disposal.
• Performing  patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Ensuring that the security officers are following the site protocols perfectly
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Ensure Daily reports and Incident Reports are properly done by security officers.
• Ensure  Excellent customer service provided by the Security officers.
• Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention            

Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor at Thompson ?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader 
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
