Responsibilities for University Campus Security Supervisor

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment
• Responsible for scheduling of the security guards 
• Ensuring a very high level of Security services 
• Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same
• Lead a team of Security Officers
• Train Security officers 
• Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it 
• Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team’s disposal.
• Performing  patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Ensuring that the security officers are following the site protocols perfectly

Qualifications for University Campus Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader 
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Customer service oriented
• Be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
