Responsibilities for Account Manager – Healthcare Sites:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned healthcare clients
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Lead and support a team of Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline guards across multiple healthcare locations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of each site and ensure 24/7 service delivery through collaboration with the Control Centre

Monitor and manage KPIs including open shifts, sub usage, and overtime
-
Conduct regular site visits, staff coaching, and performance evaluations
-
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations
-
Continuously assess client needs and identify opportunities to add value through GardaWorld’s full suite of services

Ensure documentation such as client management lists and staffing records are up to date

Support business growth in coordination with the Business Development team
Qualifications for Account Manager – Healthcare Sites:

Must have 3–5 years of experience in operations or client management, within in healthcare and security sector

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication, including comfort with client presentations
-
Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
-
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site travel

Eligible to work in Canada
