We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Prestige. You will not only help drive the process, but you will be a key player in helping Prestige evolve into a premier service with an eye on business growth, delivering superior customer experience, integrated security response and a wholesome security risk management program that will protect people, property, and brand.

Key Responsibilities 


  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization and the Prestige team 
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions 
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures 
  • Assist HR with recruiting and interviews when necessary 
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing 
  • Work with stakeholders to mitigate obstacles and drive program success 
  • Sharing client concerns and reviewing operational standards and contractual requirements 
  • Build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees 
  • Ensure consistent application and adherence to Prestige operating procedures are met 
  • Other duties as assigned 


Education & Skills Required 


  • Possess 3-5 years of related experience  
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments 
  • Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a high growth, constantly changing environment 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual  
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written and presented content 
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the business environment 
  • Ability to clearly understand the business objectives and operations performance drivers
