This is a casual position, requiring flexibility to pick up shifts Sunday through Saturday, covering both day and night rotations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned areas

• Perform static security duties, including monitoring while seated for extended periods

• Enforce the Trespass to Property Act and apply trespass-with-rights procedures

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies

• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation

• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence at all times

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)

• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required)

• First Aid & CPR certification (required)

• Ability to work both day and night shifts

• Availability to pick up shifts Sunday through Saturday

• Ability to sit for extended periods and conduct foot and vehicle patrols

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Must successfully complete Handcuff and Baton training

• Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills
