What does a Talent Acquisition Advisor at GardaWorld do?
-
Participate in the documentation of employee files related to disciplinary and other HR processes
-
Assist with HR administrative duties (employment verifications, letter writing, updating spreadsheets, etc.)
-
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
-
Apply sound judgment in directing people inquiries appropriately, escalating and resolving requests adhering to team mandates
-
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR department

Assist HR Advisor during union and employee meetings

Perform related duties in support of the day-to-day work
Qualifications to become a Talent Acquisition Advisor in Toronto?
-
Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Administrator/Coordinator or an the HR field

Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute tasks independently

Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and oral English

Proven ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
