Reporting to the Senior Director, Cash management, and in collaboration with the CVS managers will oversee Cash vault services (CVS) operations in Toronto.

Your responsibilities
- Oversee the CVS operations in Toronto.
- Provide leadership and direction to team leaders/ managers to improve and sustain high levels of cash management.
- Build team and individual and team capabilities by providing development opportunities such as job shadowing and training with the goal of supporting a flexible workforce.
- Partner with other leaders to manage resources to quickly address resourcing gaps and actively influence cash management policies and procedures.
- Create and own new processes to mitigate losses and recommend changes to business units to improve operational efficiency. Provide relentless attention to the understanding, trending, and root causes of losses
- Ensure that the operational workforce is organized to always be ready to identify and prevent any balancing/ SLA the client experience.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs tracking the efficiency and effectivity of CVS operations in the region.
- Maintain and improve the quality, conformity, profitability, and safety of the services offered
- Establish and participate in process optimization initiatives
- Responsible for P&L and budget results
- Travel among branches within the region when required
- Any other related task
Your profile
- Proven experience in achieving operational objectives as well as cash management with an emphasis on reducing losses and leading management groups.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with a team of 20+ people and/or in a multi-site context
- A highly collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners
- Driven to foster and maintain a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic term goals.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- University studies in a related field (Administration, Business Management, etc.) a major asset
- Able to evolve in a dynamic and changing environment
- Critical thinking and active listening
